It also offers spectacular unobstructed views of the field of play with the ability to bring your event to life using the digital screens incorporating the dual LED ribbon boards and large 150sqm screens, pending other events.
Alternatively, this space can be divided into two via the operable wall offering increased flexibility. The Lounge is able to be split into small smaller spaces (tahi and rua).

Can I visit the venue before booking?
Yes. We can arrange a walkthrough so you can see layouts, access points, and facilities. Talk to our team to schedule a time that suits.
What’s included in a venue hire?
Standard venue hire includes the booked space, basic house lighting, and venue management support. Additional services like AV/lighting, staging, furniture, staffing, security, extended hours, and specialised equipment are quoted to suit your event plan.
Can I use my own suppliers or caterers?
External suppliers are welcome with prior approval and compliance with our health & safety and insurance requirements. We can also recommend trusted partners across AV, theming, and entertainment.
Catering must be through Venues Ōtautahi's catering team.
Is parking available for guests and vendors?
There are 39 accessible carparks on site. For all other parking, there are plenty of parking buildings and on-street option available. Christchurch City offers a wide variety of parking options. Check out their website for the best spots around the stadium.
What support do you offer on the day of the event?
Your Event Manager coordinates venue operations, vendor access, and timings. Our team can provide on-site technical support, front-of-house staffing, security, and catering service as specified in your run sheet.
