Wheelchair seating

The stadium includes 140 accessible seats, available throughout multiple stands.

We have ensured there are clear sightlines from all accessible seating locations and that these are positioned near accessible toilets and retail outlets.

How To Purchase

You can purchase accessible tickets directly from your event’s interactive seat map, by calling Ticketmaster on 09 970 9711, or through their online form and selecting Accessible Bookings as a topic.

Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities. Fans who abuse this policy could have their order cancelled.

Wheelchair Access

Five accessible entry routes lead directly into the stadium.

Entrances include wide gates, smooth surfaces, and barrier-free access for wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters.

Essential companions

Visitors who require a support person, caregiver, or essential companion may request a companion ticket.

The stadium is constructed with multiple lifts throughout the venue, providing access to:

Support animals

Certified support and assistance animals are welcome at One New Zealand Stadium.

  • Water bowls are available upon request from staff.
